Short films both of them, about an hour each, but they both have the same theme: Snuff. Not particularly good films, but interesting if you like this kind of stuff.
An interesting story about the second part, Flowers of Flesh and Blood, is that when Charlie Sheen saw a crappy bootleg version at a party in the 90's he reported it to the police and the FBI and they had a fullscale investigation, trying to find out if it was real or not.
